Uses and characteristics:
Chemical bonded non woven fabric machine is making chemical bonded non woven fabric,which is using for garment interlining,medical,agriculture and etc.It always cooperating with paste dot coating machine,double dot coating machine,powder scattering machine to put different kinds of hot melt adhesive powder on surface.
The material is polyester with chemical glue and the machine is supporting boiler heated to save cost.
Processing:
Opening machine → Quantitative feeder → Three doffer pre-carding machine → Cross lapper → Three doffer main-carding machine → Edge trimming machine → Presser machine → Dryer → Automatic winding machine
