| How It Works |
When the walking beam is in place, notify the labeling control system to start positioning first, the binocular camera automatically takes a picture, recognizes the diameter and position of the bundle, and then transmits the recognized position information to the system PLC. The system PLC transmits the position information to the robot, and the robot is started to move. At the same time, the PLC send signal to the printing system to print the tag. After receiving the position information and the start signal, the robot starts the work. The robot starts to take the tag at the printer and places it in the fixed position of the tag. Then the robot obtains the hook at the hook making machine and carries the hook to the fixed position of the tag to put on the tag. Finally, according to the position information sent by the identification system, complete automatic tag hanging.
